Privacy policy

This website, anvildigital.ca, is run by 1001769466 Ontario Inc., operating as Anvil Digital, an Ontario corporation (“we”, “us”). This policy covers what the website collects. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

SmartPark, the platform we run for condominiums, property management and security agencies, has its own policy: SmartPark privacy policy.

What we collect

• Contact and waitlist forms: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us (company, type of project or trade, your message).
• SmartPark sign-up requests: the contact and organization details you enter, so we can set up your account.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are sent by a person. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to do this.
• Server logs: our hosting keeps standard request logs to keep the site secure and fix problems.

The website doesn’t use advertising or third-party analytics trackers. If you arrive from a link in one of our posts or ads, a cookie remembers that link’s campaign tags (such as “linkedin”) for 30 days, and they’re saved with a SmartPark request if you send one, so we know which posts bring sign-ups. The cookie holds nothing that identifies you.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to set up a SmartPark account you asked for, and to tell you when Project Tracker opens if you joined the waitlist. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the website:

• Vercel (website hosting), which processes requests in the United States;
• Resend (sending your message to us and a copy to you), in the United States;
• Cloudflare (spam protection and DNS);
• Supabase (where sign-up requests are stored), with data stored in Canada (Montreal region).

Information processed in the United States may be accessible to authorities there under US law. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept as long as we’re talking with you about your project, and as the law requires for business records. Ask us and we’ll delete your messages and waitlist entry.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@anvildigital.ca. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
